Location: Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau, France
Congrès international coordonné par Angélique FERRY du laboratoire BioCis. International congress coordinated by Angélique FERRY from BioCis research center.
The Organic Chemistry Days of the French Chemical Society (JCO 2025) will take place at Ecole Polytechnique (Palaiseau, France) on the 29th, 30th and 31st of October 2025. This scientific event occurs every 3 years and is the main opportunity for a national gathering of the organic chemistry community. On that occasion, 17 lectures will be given by national and international experts, including 4 laureates of awards of the Organic Chemistry Division of the French Chemical Society. The conference official language will be English. Many oral communications, presented by young researchers, will be selected in various areas such as catalysis, synthetic methodology, natural product synthesis, medicinal chemistry, bio-organic chemistry, biological chemistry, supramolecular chemistry as well as applications in material sciences and energy. Two poster sessions with roughly 400 posters will also be set up. Usually, between 550 and 750 organic chemists from French and European universities attend this event, 50% of which are students.
