Thematic Month: Quantissima-sur-Oise

MIR
MIR
The three-week thematic programme Quantissima-sur-Oise aims to organise short-term training in certain mathematical aspects of quantum physics, as well as to provide a forum for presenting recent advances. Taking place at the Maison Internationale de la Recherche in Neuville-sur-Oise from 1 to 19 September 2025, it will consist of two introductory courses in the first week, four advanced courses in the second week, and a closing five-day conference in the third week.

Week 1: 1-5 September 2025

Laurent Bruneau & Vojkan JakšićIntroduction to spectral theory
Jakob Björnberg & Daniel UeltschiIntroduction to quantum lattice systems at equilibrium

Week 2: 8-12 September 2025

Vieri MastropietroFine structure constant, anomalous magnetic factor and transport coefficients
Robert SeiringerMathematical foundations of density functional theory
