Thematic Month: Quantissima-sur-Oise
The three-week thematic programme Quantissima-sur-Oise aims to organise short-term training in certain mathematical aspects of quantum physics, as well as to provide a forum for presenting recent advances. Taking place at the Maison Internationale de la Recherche in Neuville-sur-Oise from 1 to 19 September 2025, it will consist of two introductory courses in the first week, four advanced courses in the second week, and a closing five-day conference in the third week.
Laurent Bruneau & Vojkan Jakšić: Introduction to spectral theory
Jakob Björnberg & Daniel Ueltschi: Introduction to quantum lattice systems at equilibrium Vieri Mastropietro: Fine structure constant, anomalous magnetic factor and transport coefficients
Robert Seiringer: Mathematical foundations of density functional theory
Jan Philip Solovej: The structure complex atoms and understanding the periodic table of the elements
Stefan Teufel: How infinitely extended gapped many-body quantum systems respond to local and global perturbations
Week 3: 15-19 September 2025
List of speakers: Tristan Benoist, Volker Betz, Jakob Björnberg, Yuxuan Chen, Noé Cuneo, Jan Dereziński, Louis Garrigue, Alain Joye, Joachim Kerner, Flora Koukiou, Asbjorn Baekgaard Lauritsen, Mathieu Lewin, Sascha Lill, Annalisa Panati, Lubashan Pathirana, Nathan Réguer, Kieran Ryan, Grega Saksida, Robert Seiringer, Oliver Siebert, Vedran Sohinger, Anna Szczepanek, Clément Tauber, Stefan Teufel, Luc Vinet, Shengquan Xiang
