How can we share the knowledge of research? "Whether they are fed with suspicion or curiosity, with contempt or fascination, the views of the scientist and the artist remain distant, as if their respective positions were radically strangely different. Bruno Latour wrote in 2012 in The Art of Making Science.
This art-science linking initiative aims to go beyond the dichotomy between "cold" objectivity and creative imaginative as much as to share knowledge differently and to report research results through a live performance. -written and directed by the researchers who will seal the inauguration of the laboratory BONHEURS. The common thread of the show will be the song.
Researchers have to think not only of new collaborative ways of building knowledge but also of different ways of sharing their research results, be they theatrical projects, photography, songs or visual arts. Social Sciences and the arts give meaning to the world: if the goal is to turn viewers into subjects who think about the world, new initiatives between art and science must be developed: they act on common projects, modes of dissemination, collaborations.
