Third international conference on Health Monitoring and Retrofitting of Existing Structures

Lieu: Neuville-sur-Oise (France)

Journée d'étude coordonnée par Georges Wardeh du laboratoire L2MGC

HAROS 2026 – International Conference on Structural Health Monitoring and Sustainable Rehabilitation, hosted by CY Cergy-Paris University and supported by the Young Members Group of the fib (International Federation for Structural Concrete), marks the third edition of a growing international event, following successful conferences at CY Cergy Paris Université in 2023 and Université de Lorraine in 2024. HAROS 2026 continues its mission to advance research and innovation in structural health monitoring (SHM), with a focus on intelligent techniques and technologies including artificial intelligence, smart sensors, and data-driven diagnostics. The conference will also address the impact of extreme climatic conditions on the performance and durability of built infrastructure and heritage, and promote sustainable rehabilitation through eco-friendly materials, lifecycle analysis, and resilient design strategies. It will bring together researchers, engineers, and professionals to exchange insights, case studies, and solutions to current and emerging challenges in the field. The conference will be held in hybrid mode and is free of charge for authors and students, ensuring broad accessibility and participation.
