CY Advanced Studies was set up on July 11, 2016 at the MIR - Maison Internationale de la Recherche #1, rue Descartes, 95000 Neuville-sur-Oise.

The MIR hosts  workspaces (individual and collective workspaces) for invited fellow researchers, a 150-seated Auditorium for conferences and 16 apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, to accommodate visiting professors.
The MIR also hosts two laboratories: GEC (Géosciences) and ERMECCe (Biology) as well as I-MAT (Microscopy and Analysis), a scientific experimentation platform
The MIR was designed by Brochet-Lajus-Pueyo, an architectural firm from Bordeaux.
Laurent Saksik, a visual artist, has been elected/chosen as an interior and exterior designer. He was sponsored by the French program to promote Arts ("1% artistique")

Take the N184 towards Versailles/Jouy-le- Moutier/Neuville-sur-Oise. From Versailles: Take the N184 towards Beauvais until Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, then follow Neuville-sur-Oise.
