The visit of Prof. Maria Carmen Ruiz Delgado at LPPI will be related with the investigation of the optical and vibrational properties of conjugated organic materials with great potential in organic electronics. Specifically, we will study the optical, vibrational and charge-transport properties of different families of organic materials for OLEDs applications. To this end, we will combine computational quantum chemistry and vibrational spectroscopy (i.e., Raman measurements). This joint experimental and theoretical methodology will allow us to get insights for the proper interpretation of the physico-chemical properties of these materials. In summary, this collaboration will provide the Prof. Ruiz Delgado the opportunity to collaborate with the research groups from LPPI with complementary expertise spanning spectroscopic techniques and computation
